A little Easter post

We normally all get Easter eggs in our home, all meaning adults as well as The Boy. But as my mum has been dieting I suggested that we all had no eggs in a sort of solidarity sense; would’ve been really mean if we all got eggs and she didn’t!

Obviously, though, we still got things for The Boy. He doesn’t eat a Lot of chocolate – He would if he were allowed but I feel like he’s at an age now where I can get away with just giving him a small amount so that he’s not missing out but that he doesn’t expect too much either.

As such I got him one of the £1 eggs from Asda, and my mum got him a little Milkybar one and some little fluffy chicks. But, as always happens, other people were kind enough to get him some, too, and he has built up quite a little collection!

Same in our house. My daughter got quite a few along with myself, my son doesn't like anything sweet so he got tubs of pringles because he loves them he ended up with 4. Obviously things such as chocolate and crisps are treats. They got money, comics and colouring books also more my son because of the no sweet thing. But quite spoilt for easter. Going to get them a little something on my shopping trip on sat at trafford :). They build up don't they the eggs 🙂 xx

I didn't really want him to get much but I guess that's how it goes 🙂 I don't feel the slightest bit guilty for only spending £1 on him, either, he knows no different yet haha

Sounds like your two did really well too! It's my boys birthday on Sunday so it's one spoiling time after another here! xx
