Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub – Review

I’m going to guess that you’ve seen lots of reviews of this stuff but I’m going to share mine, too, just because there’s nothing wrong with knowing there’s even more people who feel the same or the opposite way to you, or to confirm that you should, or shouldn’t, purchase it.

I wanted the Lush lip scrub in the flavour ‘Bubblegum’ for a while as I really enjoyed the lip exfoliating product that I’ve used before which was by Soap and Glory (but isn’t made anymore). I saw quite a few posts about this and I thought that it could, easily, replace the product I’d been using before – Plus it tastes lip bubblegum?!

I’ve had this a few weeks now and I use it every few days. I don’t have the driest lips ever but I do end up with plenty of dead skin anyway and this stuff really nicely deals with that which makes it so much easier to wear lots of lip products. I love it, even more, because it tastes soo delicious! Ok so it’s hardly the most important thing but it does quite help!
The only, one, drawback of it is that it’s a slightly drier texture than I expected so it’s a little harder to pick it up on your finger and you can, sometimes, drop a little product. But, to be honest, it’s nowhere near enough to put me off from using it. I would quite like to try some other lip exfoliator products but if I don’t end up doing I’m more than happy to keep using this and then re-purchase it when it runs out – For £5.25 it’s an absolute bargain and it’s lasting me really really well (even if I do wish I could eat the whole pot every time)

These are everywhere at the moment. I haven't thought to purchase one though as much as I love Lush xx
