Day one of my Your Tea, Tiny Tea, 14 Day Teatox

Update – I’ve finished my Teatox now. Please do read on to see how many results I noticed from my very first day but once you’ve read it please skip ahead and see how my end results were HERE

I started my Your Tea, tiny tea, 14 day teatox a couple of days ago after a couple of complicated weeks meaning that I’d been unable to start. I’ve been really, really looking forward to starting it so am so pleased that it’s finally become the right time!

The tea itself is quite different from normal, black tea, so if that’s what you’re used to you’ll need to remember that that’s not what to expect when you try this. The best way to describe the smell/taste is earthy, it’s got a slightly fermented, earthy, soil type smell/taste to it. At first I found it a bit off-putting but once I started drinking it I found I really didn’t mind it and now I’m actually rather enjoying it! I’m already thinking about having less sugar in my normal tea!

Now… I don’t really know that I’m happy with posting these photos, but I know that that’s the point of reviewing this for you so I will… in a minute.

I know I’m not big, I’m still only a size 10, but I’m not as happy with my body as I was last year. I’m much much less toned and my hips are a lot wider and my tummy less flat. This is mostly down to the fibro being worse and, so, my not being able to exercise as much. And, even if I was happier, posting pictures of me in pyjama trousers and a sports bra/vest thing is definitely a big step towards weirdness! But… here goes.

This was taken after my first cup so I wouldn’t be surprised if I was already looking less bloated. Yup, you read right. Even after the first cup I was feeling a difference in myself. Part of the fibro is about having stomach problems, IBS which causes upset stomach in a variety of ways and I am bloated almost all of the time. So for me to drink One cup of this tea and suddenly not feel as bloated was just amazing.
Another thing I, think, I’ve noticed is that my head is a little less groggy, I have a bit more energy. I’m still tired, I’m not suddenly wide awake and running around, but I do just feel a little more alert and clear than normal and that’s a nice feeling too.
Lastly, I Think I’m already noticing less of an inclination towards sweet things. I’m willing to believe that this is purely psychological, but either way I am wanting to eat less sugary foods which is, most definitely, a good thing!

Soo, so far so good. In all honesty I’m not expecting to lose weight because I don’t have a Lot of weight to lose, it’s mostly toning that I need. But what I Am hoping for is an increase of energy which allows me to exercise more, within the limits of the fibro pain of course, and also for my digestion to be improved as I know that should, at least, help me balance out my weight and also help prevent the bloating which normally makes me look much bigger!

I already think I’m going to miss this tea once my 14 days are up, a lot. I’ll be sure to keep you up-to-date!

Fantastic! Hope it works as well for you as it is for me! I'll be doing my 7 day update in a few days and then my 14 day roundup so keep your eyes peeled for those 🙂

I also have fibro plus lupus. I am curious to see how you are feeling and if it is working?

I'm not planning on doing a full up date until I've finished the tea, now, been a bit absent online so skipping the 7th day post.

The ibs side of fibro has me bloated pretty much all the time, plus the cocktail of meds plays havoc with my digestion (both of which I'm sure you relate to). My digestion still hasn't been perfect but then it's been up against a Lot, the bloating, though, has reduced soo much it's heaven

Do you know if these tea is completely natural, or does it have any negative things?

From what I know it's all natural but I'd imagine it's best to email the company to ask them 🙂
