You Beauty Discovery Box – Unboxing/Review – February 2014

Each month I’m more and more impressed with the offerings from the You Beauty Discovery box and this month was no exception. If you’re interested in the concept of these boxes (I mean £6.95 incl p+p is bound to be tempting!) then I’d really recommend checking this month’s box out because there’s some pretty amazing brands in there, I mean some Amazing brands, it was so difficult to decide what to get but, thankfully, I managed it in the end.
This month’s theme is ‘Red Carpet Glamour’ and I think that came through in the choices of products that were available – I’m really happy with what I got this month, was hard to not be able to pick more.

Your eyes do not deceive you, the first item in my box this month is a Stilla ‘Lip Glaze’ the shade is ‘Kaleidoscope’ which is a very very sheer gloss with multicolour holographic style glitter in it – It really does shimmer! Although there were other brands that I was tempted by, I just love me some Stila and the lip glazes are something I’ve really enjoyed before. I’m not 100% sure that this will be a go-to shade for me because it is So sheer and mostly reliant on the shimmer but I do think when it’s brighter and there’s more light it’ll  be really pretty and give a really good sheen to the lips. (Full sized by the way!)

The moment I saw that the Glamglow ‘Youthmud’ was in there I just knew I had to get it. I have heard so so much about this brand and have wanted to try out their products so getting an opportunity meant I was not going to say no. This is a 15ml tube which will, I hope, yield a few uses and I am really excited about trying it out.

The first of the added extras this month is a little bag of Beyond Dark ‘Moments of Pleasure’ dark chocolate drops with a hint of orange. More dark chocolate, it keeps finding its way to me at the moment! I know that dark chocolate is meant to be so much better for you than the creamy milky variety but it just doesn’t taste as good! It will come in handy with some baking, though, I’m sure!

The second extra is a really nice sized sachet of Charles Worthington ‘Volume and bounce’ treatment – I Think there may be a good two uses in the sachet as it’s such a good size and not going to complain about the £2 off either!

Two really nice extras and two amazing main products, a truly amazing box, as ever looking forward to next month!
