I was excited when I learned that Essence was coming to the UK but it took a while for it to become more widely available so when I found out that I could order from the website (Thanks to the lovely Hannah at Midnight Violets) I went a bit nuts. They’re incredibly affordable products, as it is, but they also have a 3 for 2 on at the moment too which made it much easier to order lots and lots of things! Also I didn’t waste any money on postage as I got it delivered in to store, bargains galore.
Yus… I wasn’t kidding when I said a Lot of things! I got 15 items in total for £26.30 so we’re looking at less than £2 per item, oooh.
These are the eye products I bought – Firstly the ‘All About Nude’ shadow palette which is £3.50, the ‘Eye Sorbet’ in shade 05 which is £2.80, single Eyeshadow in shade 77 which is £1.60, the ‘I ♥ Stage – Eyeshadow Base’ which is £2.50, the Superfine eyeliner pen for £2.50 and lastly the ‘Waterproof Gel Eyeliner’ in 05 which is £2.30.
I got two base products which consist of the ‘Match 2 Cover’ cream concealer in 10 natural beige which is £2.50 and the ‘Soft Touch mousse make-up’ in shade ’01 Matt Sand’ which cost £3.80.
Nails next and I got the ‘Paper Print Manicure’ 01 which cost £1.30, the ‘Stampy Polish’ in a matt black which is £1.50, the ‘Fast Cuticle Remover’ which is £1.80, the ‘Paper Print manicure Transfer Solution’ which cost £1.80 and lastly the ‘Colour & Go’ nail polish in 140 for £1.60.
Lastly I got two lip products which are the ‘XXXL Longlasting lipgloss’ matt effect in 06 which is £2.30 and the ‘Glow Tinted Lip Balm’ in 02 which is £2.30.
So, yes, an awful lot of stuff for not a whole lot of money. Very impressed with the prices and the products seem great so far so I can’t wait to try them even more. Are you planning on trying out some Essence? If you’ve already tried them what’s your favourite product?
