If you’re looking for information about me, as a blogger, and about the blog such as statistics and brands I’ve worked with then you should head over to my Contact/Media Pack page which is here: http://www.petitmoi-bigworld.co.uk/p/contact-me_20.html If you’re wanting to know more about me as a person, and a little about my family, then keep on reading!
I’m a 28-year-old stay at home full time parent to my delightful, crazy and sometimes very trying 4-year-old little boy. I’m also married to the best man I’ve ever known and incredibly lucky to have my beautiful family which includes his amazing daughter as well.
My blog is a place for me to remember how to write – As daft as that sounds, I’m very, very rusty and need to remind myself the best ways to work with words if I want to have a chance at writing regularly, again, to the extent that I’ll produce a novel.
The feel that I’m trying to get, here, is of being real. I like to talk about family and beauty, primarily, because family is, of course, one of the biggest things in my life and beauty is an ever lengthening path of discovery for me so I’d like to share it with you all. I know that those things don’t, naturally, go together but I’d like to try to strike a balance between the two. Use the family side of things to show those here for beauty how beauty fits into my family lifestyle and show those that are here for family that beauty has a place in our hectic lives too – Remind other mums that it’s ok to take some time for ourselves.
Those aren’t the only things, though. Ultimately I’d like to talk about home, films, books, food and various things of general interest (not to mention that my geeky side may well infiltrate my posts from time to time, well you’ve already seen the Dr Who posts!)
I don’t want to be too vague, I want family and beauty to be my main focus’ but I’d like to keep things varied.
Lastly. I plan on introducing a series of posts about the condition that I have that plagues my day-to-day life and that’s Fibromyalgia. I’d link you to some articles but we all know you’ve got google 😉
I’d like to talk about fibro so that people who don’t know about it become more educated about something which may affect people in their lives one day. And I’d like to, maybe, be able to use my experiences to help others with this condition that, despite some peoples opinions, is debilitating and life-changing for a large number of sufferers.
